Hemenway Strings is led by Professor Lynn Chang of the Boston Conservatory at Berklee. The ensemble will take us on a sound journey with a variety of pieces from Bach’s Brandenburg Concerto to Gabriela Lena Frank’s Leyendas: An Andean Walkabout.

Dominican pianist Carlos Vargas is joined by musicians from all over the world: Sophia Szokolay (Canada) , Yebin Yoo (Korea - Australia) Samuel Kelder (USA), and Ricardo Sardiñas ( Cuba ) will perform one of the most beautiful pieces of the romantic chamber music repertoire: Dvorak’s Piano Quintet in A major Op. 81
